As the photo above would suggest, it has a spectacular location, but it can be difficult to determine just how to get there. After failing to find a road that leads to the field (yes, a road does exist), our intrepid host abandons his horrible rental car and decides to reach the "stadium" on foot. The internet is lousy with photos of this pitch, and full of inaccuracies as well. Contrary to what a major news outlet has reported, this is not, nor has it ever been, the pitch where the Faroese National Team plays. The field has artificial turf, and as such is unsuitable for international play.
